AMO produces and provides aeronautical meteorological products that contribute to safe, efficient and economical air navigation, in adherence to regulations, standards and recommendations set by international conventions on civil aviation.
AMO founded as an executive agency under the Korea Meteorological Administration, oversees 12 subsidiaries nationwide including airport weather stations, airport weather offices.
We are continually directing our efforts to the preparation of useful aeronautical meteorological products and their delivery through AFTN (Aeronautical Fixed Telecommunication Network) and our website on a real-time basis.
